This Red Juice is the juice I never knew I needed. But ohhh my gosh, it’s so zingy and fresh; I could drink a gallon of it!

This juice has a few ingredients that might sound a little funky when combined, but trust me, if you need a little kick in your morning, you’ll love this.

The secret ingredient I used in this juice is radishes. I know, I’m becoming the very person I hate throwing random vegetables in my juice, but between the spicy flavor alongside the antioxidants and potassium and calcium, radishes are a must in this juice! I know this vegetable a bit hit or miss with some people, but these little nuggets actually contain substantial amounts of Anthocyanins, a flavonoid studies have shown to reduce the occurence of heart disease. So trust me, the radishes add more heat than flavor and you won’t even notice they’re there!

The radishes combined with the fresh ginger adds even more bite, antioxidant properties, as well an anti inflammatory properties to this morning pick me up.

Combined with carrots, strawberries and McIntosh apple, this juice has amazing flavor as well as amazing nutrient content, giving you lots of vitamin C, A, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron . . . bascially every nutrient we haven’t covered yet, and this is why we love juicing!

Morning Kick Red Juice

Supplies

– Carico JuicerIngredients

– 2 Carrots

– 1 McIntosh Apple

– 2 Radishes

– 1/4 Inch Ginger

– 1/4 Cup Strawberries

Directions

1. Cut carrots and apple into halves and place into hopper in increments of 1/2 cup.

2. Place lid on the hopper and juice.

3. Repeat with remaining fruit.
