Problem With Antihistamines (Anti-Allergy)

https://www.carico.com/Allergic reactions in people are countless. Allergies are diseases that affect about 20% of the world population. And what is the solution of most doctors? Prescribe anti-allergy medication (antihistamines). How long must people take them? Forever!

Our bodies create a resistance towards medications that we take over and over again Antihistamines are such drug. Tolerance to antihistamines develop rapidly. The longer you them, the more likely it is that they will stop working as efficiently as before. After eight months to a year, your doctor will change you to a different antihistamine, so that the process restarts with a new drug. This creates a life of taking medicine.

Allergy sufferers know that dust is the main source of allergens inside a house, dust is a complex ecosystem made up of organic and inorganic matter such as: skin scales, fibers, fungal spores, bacteria, viruses, pollens, insects , food debris , houseplants and mites

When an allergy sufferer arrives at a house that has been closed for a while, the person will suffer an allergic reaction almost immediately. Why?

This ALWAYS happens to my husband. I have even carefully cleaned the house before he was going to arrive. Even with hotels, I look for rooms without carpeting or fabric curtains. Our bags are packed with antiallergic pills and full of red eyes, a runny nose and endless Kleenex in our pockets.

Here are some recommendations to better manage allergies:

  1. Sleep on an anti-mite mattress, which has a technology that acts like a fence where mites cannot live and reproduce. Regularly cleaning mattresses is important for allergy sufferers. Remember that we shed skin when sleeping. Mites are tiny insects that feed on our skin and live in our mattresses. They defecate and reproduce there as well. If your mattress is not anti-mite, you have an entire population of hundreds of thousands of these microscopic animals living there, causing you constant allergies during your precious hours of rest.
  2. Vacuum the room including the mattress, pillows and carpets with a powerful cleaner. Vacuums that filter with water are often better for allergy sufferers since vacuums with bags often allow allergens to escape and enter the air making it worse for allergy sufferers because the dust remains suspended in the air. Particles, bacteria, and viruses that are in the air can be suspended and float around for more than two hours.
  3. Use an air purifier with a HEPA filter and keep it running 24/7. A HEPA air filter will remove offending dust, mites, viruses, bacteria, spores, scales and odors from the air, leaving a pure and 100% clean air. It is also helpful to use ozone in and UNOCCUPIED ROOM to sanitize all of the surfaces. so that it can be turned on while people are inhabiting the places.

Allergies cannot be cured, but you can reduce the reactions you suffer from by creating and maintaining a clean indoor environment.

Now that you know how negative and useless antihistamines are and how quickly tolerance develops, what should you do? Adopt the recommendations that I give you here to enjoy significant reductions in the frequency and strength of your allergic reactions.
