Most of us love and can’t live without our morning coffee, and when fall rolls around, we go even more crazy for our pumpkin spiced
lattes, cappuccinos, etc. However, flavored coffee drinks from commercial and chain coffee shops tend to be flavored with a syrup that is loaded with refined sugars, chemicals, unnatural flavoring as well as a lot of unnecessary calories. As a firm believer in not restricting, but simply modifying, I wanted to recreate a natural and refined sugar-free version of this delicious syrup that is healthy and cost-saving that ensures you never have to give up your favorite seasonal drink!
This pumpkin spiced syrup comes together within minutes and is versatile enough to froth and whip with your dairy or nondairy milk
of choice as I showed examples of, or simply add it to your coffee for enhanced flavor.
I hope you enjoy this recipe —here’s to healthy living!
