We look for students with a professional outlook and that enjoy dealing with people, because they will be dealing directly with customers.
No experience is necessary; we train 100%.
As part of the position, students will arrange to meet with customers, help them to select products, answer their questions, write up their orders, and ask them for referrals. The training we provide our students and the knowledge they gain will develop valuable business experiences, which can enhance future resumes.
Many of our students are attending college; however, we do accept applications from graduating high school seniors who are at least 18 years of age.
One of the strengths of the student program is that after the initial training is completed, management works closely with the students to help them succeed. Our students benefit from an open door policy with their manager. We listen to their needs and work with them to help them achieve their goals.
Our weekly meetings are one of the aspects of our training program that students like most. Working closely with a group like themselves helps them to grow and develop many skills that are priceless. |
