Carico Iron Mag Tank

What does it do?

Carico’s Iron/Mag tank removes iron, manganese, arsenic, radium, heavy metals and reduces hydrogen sulfide….the Sulphur smell.

How does it work?

The proprietary, exclusive blend of Adsorbers, Catalysts and Alkalizers create optimal conditions for trapping these difficult to remove contaminants .

How long does it last?

The media will last 10 years in most conditions. The electronic backwashing valve should last at least this long.

How much maintenance do I need to perform?

Virtually, none. The automatic backwash head does most of the work. You may wish to use Carico Super Oxy to regenerate the tank every few years if you live in areas with high contamination.

It is a proprietary blend of 3 materials that each carry NSF certifications ensuring that they are not harmful.
