Internet Explorer 6.0 with 128 BIT Encryption is required to view the web pages inside Member's Services. You can experience problems when viewing the web pages with other versions and browsers. If you go to "Help" and click on "About Internet Explorer", it will tell you what version of Internet Explorer you have. For other browsers, connect to the internet the way you normally would, minimize your browser, and click on your Internet Explorer icon on your desktop.

Computer Monitor Display Resolution
The Member's Services web pages can best be displayed with your monitor display resolution settings at either 800 x 600 or 1024 x 760.
