Carbon Water Filters

Reverse Osmosis
High maintenance and makes a limited supply of water! In addition to water being wasted in this process, the water tastes flat because many of the healthy minerals have been taken out.
Distillers
Can be very exoensive and leaves the water flat and tasteless.
Removes all the important minerals.
They operate on electricity and are useless during natural disasters. when they are needed the most.
Water Softeners
Will not remove the chemicals, bacteria or cysts. Softens the water by removing the minerals through the use of salt, which needs to be added regulary.
